Choose your preferred counseling theory as the focus of your paper. Then write a five-page paper (excluding title page and references page) that addresses the following topics:
- Explain the main tenets of the theory.
- Describe the benefits and limitations of this theory.
- Discuss the reasons why this is your preferred theory.
- Explain how your chosen approach is a good match for your personal beliefs and personality style.
